Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Atlas5 exchange. By connecting inventory or demand through Atlas5, you agree to them.

Last updated July 17, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between Atlas5 ("Atlas5," "we," "us") and the publisher or demand partner entity that has been onboarded onto the exchange ("you," "your account"). They apply alongside any order form, insertion order, or account-specific agreement your account manager provides — where those documents conflict with this page, the account-specific agreement controls.

2. The service

Atlas5 is an independent programmatic exchange. Publishers connect declared inventory through OpenRTB, Prebid.js, Prebid Server, VAST, or a turnkey JavaScript tag; Atlas5 runs a real-time auction against connected demand partners and returns a winning bid, or a clean no-bid. Access is managed — accounts are provisioned by an account manager rather than through self-serve signup, and the inventory allowlist tied to your account determines which requests we accept.

3. Your responsibilities

As a publisher, you agree to:

  • Declare only inventory you own or are authorized to monetize, and keep your domain / app-bundle allowlist current.
  • Publish and maintain accurate ads.txt / app-ads.txt entries using the seller ID we provide.
  • Send accurate supply-chain (schain) information for any inventory you resell to us.
  • Collect and pass through the consent and privacy signals required for your traffic (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Not send fraudulent, invalid, or bot-generated traffic, and not misrepresent the content, category, or ownership of your inventory.
  • Comply with our ad quality and content policies, including any creative or advertiser blocklists on your account.

4. Fees, floors, and payments

Atlas5 transacts in USD. You control your own price floors and auction timeout (tmax); bids below your floor are rejected automatically. Revenue share, payment terms, and reporting cadence are set out in your account agreement. Reporting figures shown in your dashboard are the authoritative record for billing purposes, subject to the reconciliation process in your agreement.

5. No guarantee of demand

Atlas5 routes requests to connected demand in real time, but we do not guarantee any minimum fill rate, eCPM, or level of demand for a given property, geography, or time period. A no-bid (HTTP 204) is a normal, expected outcome of the auction and does not indicate a fault in the service.

6. Intellectual property

Atlas5 retains all rights in its platform, adapters, dashboard, documentation, and brand assets. You retain all rights in your inventory, content, and any trademarks you provide to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove specific inventory, creatives, or advertisers from your account, or suspend your account, if we reasonably believe it presents a fraud, security, legal, or policy risk. Either party may terminate the relationship as set out in your account agreement; sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations for revenue already earned, and confidentiality) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas5 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue arising from auction outcomes, demand availability, or third-party creative behavior.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page; if you continue to send traffic to Atlas5 after a change takes effect, that traffic is treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Contact
